With Mature Dragons sighted throughout Westeros, the quest for power continues. Craftsmen are reaching new heights of expertise and uncovering long lost secrets. We are very excited to announce the largest expansion to end-game crafting yet: Epic Items from the Targaryen Conquest.
Aegon the Conqueror and his Sister-Wives
Aegon Targaryen is one of the most significant figures in the recent history of Westeros. Born on the island of Dragonstone, Aegon went on to become the first Lord of the Seven Kingdoms. The Iron Throne was forged from the blades of his enemies. He did this with the help of his two sister-wives: Visenya and Rhaenys.
Relics from the Conquest have recently been uncovered, and players will be able to start down the path of reforging marvelous equipment. The first set of items to strive for are three epic armors: Visenya’s Chainmail, Rhaenys’s Dragonriding Dress, and Aegon’s Crown.
The Grand Forge
A new building is needed to properly craft these epic armors. The Grand Forge will be unlockable at level 80 and contain the recipes for these Epic Items as well as recipes for crafting materials needed along the way. The upgrades in the Grand Forge are structured like the Siege Works, with a balance of Battle, Trade, and Intrigue.
The recipes themselves mirror the Dragon Recipes in a few ways. First, the starting item needs to be purchased similar to the Dormant Dragon Egg. Then there is no equivalent to the “quickening” process, but each successive recipe matches closely with the equivalent Dragon recipe. So the “Ancient” item recipe is similar to the Baby Dragon recipe. The 3rd Stage is similar to Young Dragon recipe, followed by the 4th Stage being similar to the Adolescent Dragon recipe. The only new Luck recipes are the primary evolutions, which use the same luck values as the corresponding Dragon recipe.
Become the Conqueror
The Grand Forge and the Epic Armors are coming soon! Prepare yourselves to reach brand new heights of power.
