Your Raiding Parties can become quite customized for any given task. Mastery of the Talent system allows you to devise unique strategies, effective defenses and devastating attacks. Start thinking about how you want to survive as you are building your team. Are you generalists? Aggressively offensive? Materials specialists? Defensive masters? How you approach your Talents will go a long way in your success in this world.
In THE WALKING DEAD: MARCH TO WAR, you are unlikely to survive very long unless you team up with other players in groups called Communities. Smart, strong Communities devise cooperative strategies, defend each other against attack, and work together to overcome obstacles. Among these obstacles are Landmarks: points of strategic value on the Map which can be captured and controlled by Communities.
In THE WALKING DEAD: MARCH TO WAR, players primarily interact with the world from their Base or the Map. In the Base, players will create resources, heal and train Survivors, manage their Council Members, aid their Community members, and build stronger structures. On the Map, players will find and interact with allies and enemies, supplies and Landmarks.
Meet Amira, Disruptor Beam’s first original character introduced to the world of The Walking Dead. Amira serves as the player’s guide through both early gameplay in THE WALKING DEAD: MARCH TO WAR as well as the crowded, chaotic Washington, D.C. area. The familiar city quickly becomes a battleground of bitter rivals competing for vital resources after a horde of walkers moves in.
In order to get The Walking Dead: March to War swag at San Diego Comic-Con, you’ll need to visit the Image Comics/Skybound Entertainment booth (Booth #2729, look for Image Comics in your program). We’ve printed some limited edition trading cards featuring our striking game art, each with a redeemable code for items that will help you in the game.
