In the coming days, STAR TREK TIMELINES will see its largest update yet with the release of version 1.6.0. Jam packed with bug fixes, quality of life improvements, and behind-the scenes optimizations, 1.6.0 is sure to delight players new and old. Here are a few of the features we are most excited about:
Hello Bannermen! Today we introduce our first 100% intrigue Tales event. Travel with Bran on his journey to find the Three-Eyed Raven.
The month of November is coming to a close and the snow is falling as the winter holidays are almost upon us.
We mentioned in our October update that we had brought on some additional team members to help with Game of Thrones Ascent, and we’re excited to have been able to release some of their changes in game.
You asked for it, and we heard you! STAR TREK TIMELINES is now available in beta to play in your browser through Facebook Games, and on your Windows PC desktop with Facebook Gameroom. Now whether you’re out exploring the Alpha Quadrant or safe in your crew quarters charging your devices, your crew, fleets, squadrons and events are at your fingertips, ready to explore strange new worlds.
The restless spirits have quieted and the Specter Phase has come to an end, so we are proud to announce the winners of the latest AvA competition.
Doctor Noonian Soong ran out of time to perfect his androids; the temporal anomaly crisis has given him a second chance. With the benefit of being able to study Data, Lore, and B4’s development since his death, Doctor Soong has come to a startling conclusion: the physicality of an android is actually a hindrance to the development of an artificial lifeform.
We have some fun Halloween themed Superlatives for you this phase. Written and suggested by one of our beloved forum Gold Cloaks, Freya. The “Specter” AvA phase runs from 11am EDT on Friday, October 28, until 11 am EDT on Tuesday, November 1. We hope you have fun and get more treats than tricks this phase!
With the conclusion of the Solstice Phase phase, the last of the leaves are falling from the trees and we are happy to announce the winners of the latest AvA competition.
We’ve made it to fall, friends, and winter is coming!
In my last post in early September, I reiterated that we really do want to continue providing support for the game, and we’re committed to continuing events and content drops for the foreseeable future. We also want to deliver more meaningful code changes, including bug fixes, quality of life improvements, and additional mobile builds. While I hoped that the addition of the new quest volume would be the first of a series of changes, that plan obviously hasn’t moved along as quickly as we’d wanted.
The temporal anomaly crisis has once again created an unforeseen event in history with potentially dire consequences. Hologram Hippocrates Noah, an archvillain archetype created for Holodeck recreation, has taken command of Britain’s 1960s Intelligence Agency MI6. This is a volatile time for Earth with nuclear-armed powers always on the brink of catastrophe - one wrong move, and the whole world’s history could be erased. We received the following transmission from Noah:
The Maester Phase has drawn to a close, and we are happy to announce the (slightly delayed) results of the most recent AvA competition. We appreciate your patience on this one; our primary abacus-wielder was on vacation at the end of the phase and unable to tabulate results immediately, we’ve re-chained him to his desk so this shouldn’t be an issue in the future.
With the autumn around the corner, the Maester AvA Phase is almost upon us! The Maester Phase will begin on Tuesday, September 13th at 11:00am EDT (15:00 UTC) and run until Tuesday, September 20th at 11:00am EDT (15:00 UTC). In the previous Bastard Phase we saw the whole of Westeros controlled by those swearing fealty to House Greyjoy. This phase will feature new Superlatives that we hope will create new avenues of competition for alliances.
The Bastard Phase has drawn to a close, and we are happy to announce the results of the most recent AvA competition. This phase saw tight races in several regions, but in the end all of Westeros succumbed to the wrath of the Greyjoy-aligned ‘dark side’!
It’s been a while since we had an update on the future of Game of Thrones: Ascent, so we wanted to provide some context on what we’ve been up to and what’s coming up
On the evening of September 8th, 1966, a bold new drama beamed into living rooms across America. Set against the backdrop of the Cold War, Star Trek shared an inspired vision of the future, with entire planets uniting to conquer poverty, sickness, and lesser angels of man and joined together to in a communal desire to explore and understand the farthest reaches of the galaxy.
